Règlement d'ordre intérieur,
- Notre logement est non-fumeur. Merci de bien vouloir fumer à l'extérieur.
- Nos amis, les animaux, ne sont pas admis dans notre gîte par souci d'hygiène pour l'ensemble des voyageurs qui séjournent chez nous.
- Fermez les portes et les fenêtres  quand vous quittez la maison pendant la journée et éteignez les lumières.
- Merci de respecter la tranquillité des voisins.
- Merci de trier vos déchets et de déposer vos sacs poubelles dans la caisse en bois prévue à cet effet à l'extérieur. (les poubelles mal triées peuvent entraîner un surcoût de 75 euros)
- Lors de votre départ, le logement doit être restitué propre et rangé. 
- Merci d'occuper notre maison "en bon père de famille". Si l'on constate le non respect du règlement ou une utilisation abusive, un manque de respect, un comportement inapproprié, l'entièreté de la caution pourra être retenue.
Conditions d'annulation:
•En cas d'annulation par le client, les frais de dédit seront calculés comme suit :
•de 55 à 30 jours avant le début du séjour :20 % du prix du séjour;
•de 29 à 15 jours avant le début du séjour :50 % du prix du séjour ;
•de 14 jours avant le début du séjour au jour de début du séjour inclus ou en cas de non
présentation au lieu du séjour :100 % du prix du séjour.
•Les annulations signifiées plus de 56 jours avant le début du séjour n'entraînent aucun 
dédommagement.
Divers:
•L'augmentation de la durée du séjour est conditionnée à la disponibilité du gîte
•Le prix de la location a été établi sur base de 90 % pour le gîte et 10 % pour les meubles.

- Our accommodation is non-smoking. Please smoke outside.
- Our pets are not allowed in our cottage for hygiene reasons for all guests staying with us.
- Please close the doors and windows when you leave the house during the day and turn off the lights.
- Please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet.
- Please sort your waste and place your trash bags in the wooden box provided outside. (Improperly sorted trash may result in a surcharge of €75.)
- Upon your departure, the accommodation must be returned clean and tidy.  
- Please occupy our house "as a responsible person." If we observe non-compliance with the rules or misuse, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior, the entire deposit may be withheld.
Cancellation Policy:
•In the event of cancellation by the guest, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:
•From 55 to 30 days before the start of the stay: 20% of the price of the stay;
•From 29 to 15 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the price of the stay;
•From 14 days before the start of the stay up to and including the start date of the stay, or in the event of a no-show at the location of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay.
•Cancellations notified more than 56 days before the start of the stay do not entail any compensation. Miscellaneous: •An increase in the length of stay is subject to availability of the cottage.
•The rental price is based on 90% for the cottage and 10% for the furniture.
